MedStar Georgetown's partnership with the MedStar National Rehabilitation Network enhances our ability to provide a complete and seamless continuum of care to patients with brain and spinal injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, stroke and other neurological conditions.
The new Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, on-site at MedStar Georgetown, and staffed by MedStar NRN specialists, works closely with other members of the neurosciences team to devise the best care plan, including long-term follow-up, to help patients regain function and return to their normal lives.
