Dr. Mishori received her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and a master's degree in International Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her interests include: international health, health and human rights, care of the underserved, women's health and health communications. Prior to her medical career, Dr. Mishori was a journalist and TV producer specializing in international affairs. She continues to report on health and medicine and is a contributing Health Editor for Parade Magazine and regular contributor to the Washington Post Health Section, among other publications.
